Capacity Building
B2B Engage is experienced and skilled at delivering capacity building projects to SMEs, training providers and organisations in the third sector.
We have recently completed the 'Built to Compete' project, the largest capacity building contract in London at the time, funded through the European Social Fund.
We worked with 420 training providers - all of whom were working on an ESF funded project - over the two year lifetime of the project.
The project was designed to help ESF funded training providers win new business, write stunning proposals, sell their products and services to SMEs, project manage their current contracts more effectively and develop the policies and procedures in the areas of Health & Safety, Sustainability and Equal Opportunities that are vital to help them grow and compete.
We ran over 75 training sessions in the two years of delivery, recruiting on average 15 delegates to each event. In addition to this we completed 420 comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and produced the same number of business development reports.

Meet the Buyers and understanding public procurement
We specialise in helping SMEs to win business with big business. Often we execute this through our Meet the Buyers events of which we hold around 30 each year. Our biggest event is the 'Heathrow Meet the Buyers' event which we deliver on behalf of BAA Plc and other public sector customers such as Business Link.
This event has been running for 10 years and has levered in over £6 million pound into the local economy over that time.
We are also skilled and experienced at delivering seminars and training sessions designed to help SMEs to understand and enter into the supply chains of major public and private sector organisations.
